This is the best vape shop I've been in since I've been in Phoenix! Brandon, Benjamin and Quinn have been very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They helped me get a new mod, and find my new favorite juice flavor. The store is clean and no matter how busy it feels like your getting focused one on one service. They took time to answer all of my questions and too time to help me find exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed or as if they were pushing product. Parking is ample, via, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX are accepted. So far I think Red Star has the best flavors in town.

This is my call time favorite vape shop in the valley. The other locations are pretty good, but this one is the best because of Corey! She is AMAZING.

Every time I go in she stops to chat up with me and show me the new hardware they've gotten and recommends flavors to me based on what I've bought in the past. Customer service here is 100% every time I come in.

Hands down the best in town. Genuinely actually get flavor from your vape! They offer multiple brands of equipment (not just one. Take notes peeps). Super friendly staff and premade juice for days! No joke if I need to get in and out its 2 minutes tops. I always feel welcome swinging by. No awkward looks or high strung employees *cough cough freedom smoke* for real tho 10/5.
Edit: forgot to mention the pricing beats everywhere else.

I don't usually write reviews but these guys were super friendly and helpful. Mixed me some great juice and gave great input. My vape experience is a lot better :)

I have been coming to this location almost every week for about a year or so. I’ve visited many other shops around the valley before coming here and they have mostly been so-so. This location has a great group of employees. They are always welcoming, helpful and professional. Large selection of juices as well. I would definitely recommend to others.

Shawn helped me today with my Orion Vape. I went to 3 shops previously before contacting the manufacturer. Turns out no one knew how to turn it on accept Shawn out of all the places I went to. I almost shipped it back. They know what they're doing at this shop at least. THANK YOU!!

Best vape shop I've ever been to.

Jade, Jake and Jackie are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always make sure you get a product you are happy with. Very friendly atmosphere. They also give really great juice flavor suggestions if you tell them what kind of flavors you generally gravitate towards.

These guys are friendly and know what they are doing. Best place to get your vaping needs. With several locations around the valley... You can't go wrong with Red Star!

Great place!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Fixed my Valaryian 2 coil (no charge) I really appreciate that. I miss this being a 24 hrs location. I can understand, though. The "school of public opinion" creating unrealistic fears. I'm sure business will pick back up once people wise up.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always have good suggestions and are happy to help out. Had an issue with a disposable I bought today, called in since I was on my way to work and Ricky let me know he'd get me taken care of when I came in later in the evening. Got it immediately swapped out no questions asked when I came back in. Awesome store and clean showroom. 10/10.

Crissy and Ian are always so helpful! Always so friendly when I walk through the door. Always feel welcomed some places dont make you feel welcomed. But they do. And they have great knowledge on the product as well.
