I've shopped around several vape places since I started vaping, but this shop is by far the best. Excellent juices and excellent service. They've always helped me out in everyway possible and I always walk out a happy customer. Being fairly new to vaping, they have helped educate me and of the liquid isn't how you want, they're always willing to correct it. I love it and hope they never close down.

First time there, I just needed some coils. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They didn't have the coils I normally get but they suggested coils from a different brand that I trust. After using those coils I might just have to switch to them permanently. Very satisfied with this shop.

Red Star is an amazing vape shop! Every single rep is very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been shopping here for roughly 2 years and they've almost become like family since I can walk in, and they know exactly what juice I want and sit it on the counter. Great place. I would drop the prices just a tad though if they are going to compete with others. They guys in there are always friendly and know their stuff.

AHHHHHH!!!! I LOVE THIS VAPOR SPOT!!!!! I'm always on the hunt for the best selection/ best prices/ best customer service and so far, this one takes the prize! Not only do they mix your own custom juices for you (they also have hundreds of freshly mixed yummy flavors to choose from) they also go as far as to make a custom nicotine level. For people like me gets lightheaded and generally yucky feeling with a 12 nicotine level, yet 6 is way too low, this is AWESOME. I got a 9 and it's just right.

One more thing that will tell you just how amazing this place is, I had gotten a bad coil from another vapor shop, and I received a free coil from Red Star once I told them mine was bad, even though it wasn't their mess up! That's just top notch customer service. Ignore any other vapor shop reviews, you're wasting time and money if you don't stop by!!!!!!

Went in yesterday running low on some much needed juice. I love coming here, Kaitlin is always great at answering questions and not trying to rush you out the door if your not sure about something. Plus Shannon's expertise on flavor and mods is insanely vast. Kaitlin thanks for recommending "Top of the muffin" I'm loving this juice! You guys truly make the store feel welcoming to all.
