I had never heard of vaping and had no idea of what it was. They took their time to educate me and were very fair with me. I recently moved to Tempe and went to Butt-Out on Mill. Those guys are freaking INCREDIBLE! When I spend my money there they explain to me what I'm getting and never try to sell me something that I dont need AND they quite frequently give me incentives to shop there.
