Amazing customer service every single time I have been here and the juice is phenomenal!

Went in yesterday running low on some much needed juice. I love coming here, Kaitlin is always great at answering questions and not trying to rush you out the door if your not sure about something. Plus Shannon's expertise on flavor and mods is insanely vast. Kaitlin thanks for recommending "Top of the muffin" I'm loving this juice! You guys truly make the store feel welcoming to all.

Staff was very nice and store was super clean. The one employee, I think his name was Micah, helped me out. He is very knowledgeable and has creative vape juice recipes

I went into this store only know that I wanted to quit smoking. This staff was extremely helpful and well informed. I got help picking a mod that served its purpose and was super cute. I had heard from my friends about a particular premium juice that I wanted to try. The staff actually recommended a house juice that I thought was way better. My friends have since tried it agreed. Red star has created a loyal customer with me and now my friends. Thank you for all your help.

I LOVE RED STAR VAPOR!!!! I only come to this location because the service that Austin & Addison provide is beyond exceptional. They know so much knowledge about the mods, vape juice, coils and more. They even suggested a vape juice that is the almost the exact same flavor as the one I usually buy online!!!! These guys makes every experience I come here perfect that’s why I drive 25 minutes from my home to come here due to there customer service. Red star needs more employees like them! I've been going to Red Star for a while now and I have never been disappointed at the quality of service and knowledge they have. Mathias and Ricky treat everyone that comes into their shop like family instead of a number like other vape shops.

Friendly staff, good prices, great selection of juices. Staff is always helpful in making recommendations. They offer a Veteran discount.

Great service, the staff is very knowledgeable and doesn't have a problem spending time with you to educate you on the products. Mothers love is my favorite flavor, they offer it in both pre mixed and self mix options.

I've been going to Red Star for years now and it has always been my favorite place to buy all vape and CBD products. I always recommend it to everyone I meet and the customer service far exceeds expectations. Mary always helps me out with everything I need and is very knowledgeable about all of the products. Definitely the best vape shop in Colorado.

Nice store, kind and informative employee's who attend really quickly, the assistant manager Josh was extremely helpful in helping me and my girlfriend pick out the best mod, and vape tank. Plus the store is really clean and neat. great shop all around.
