Red Star Vapor

Amazing customer service!!! I wish I knew the name of the employee (blond hair, blue eyes, always wearing a hat) who has helped me the last few times, he is great. All the employees are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. Every time I walk in I am greeted and assisted promptly. I'm always asked for ID, which not many places do. Prices are reasonable. I went to many vape shops before I found Red Star and now it's the shop I go to. My only 2 complaints are 1) they don't have testers for juices 2) unlike other vape shops, they don't have deals/ specials (i.e BOGO Monday's/ spend $x, get $x off) I recommend Red Star to everyone.

I've been coming to Red Star Vapor for a few months now. I'm so glad they opened up so close to my house. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they know their stuff. I always buy my juice here and it's really good juice. They have a huge selection of flavors but my go to juice is the Morley Red. They have pretty good prices on hardware also. This is definitely one of the best vape shops in the valley!

I finally decided to make the switch to vaping and after calling many other vape stores in the area with questions about vaping with no luck and for some reason a sense of disrespect. Finally I called Red Star Vapor after seeing the many positive reviews! I called and an employee named Darrin answered my questions and confirmed the mod was in stock. I came down, talked about the mod and he helped me set it up and recommended some batteries for the mod. The experience as a first time vaper was amazing! A couple days later I had an issue with atomizer not holding the coil in place came back in and he got me a replacement with defective part! Hands down the best vape shop I've been to! Darrin, Joey, Ben, and Jaden have made the transition to vape a great experience! Always a friendly and relaxed place to shop!

Every time I come here, Ashton goes above and beyond to help me. Whether it was purchasing a new mod, help with problems/questions, or even knowledge of products, he has always provided me with excellent service. Most Red Star Vapor locations have a great selection. But this location is my favorite, and I will keep coming back here because of the fantastic service I am always given from Ashton! Thank you!

I have NEVER had better customer service, support, or advice then I have frkm Red Star!! They have had EXCELLENT advice and always carry a premium product and they stand behind their products!! I have.never left their store feeling anything other than satisfied and grateful!

Honestly, if you go to any Red Star, then you already know this is the vape shop you should use exclusively! Always ready and prepared to help. Great customer service! When I walk in, the employees already know what I want. That's why I only shop at Red Star, and I highly recommend you do as well!!!
