They treat you like family when you come in. I've been to many of them and all the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about all their mods, coils, juice and all there stuff. Even if you have a mod problem they help and give you info or show you how to fix it. I would HIGHLY recommend Redstar Vapor to anyone who Vapes. Even if you are new to vaping they will help you get the most for your buck.

Excellent customer service. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Wide selection of house juice at good prices. Cheapest mods, coils and tanks in town. Definitely the go to Vape shop in Surprise.

At first, a gentleman, (feel horrible, I forget his name) he was from a different store and had only been at this location for a day or 2. Super friendly and accommodating!! He turned the music down so we could hear each other! Super *** cool!!! Then Kaitlyn wallked up and introduced herself! I told her I went in because I had read so many rave reviews and her name was mentioned in many. I had the pleasure of meeting her in person!! Unfortunately, my search was unsuccessful, UNTIL I discovered Red Star Vapor. There is a broad selection of high-quality house juices at a very acceptable price. Here, you're also able to try the juices prior to your purchase, and there is no rush while you try what you'd like (we all know the disappointment when you risk buying a juice, then you end up hating it--this won't be an issue here). I'm sad that Im leaving AZ soon, because I won't have access to Red Star shops, so I stocked up before my travels, because I know I'm going to be satisfied by their products. read less

Donnie’s customer service was excellent! We came in 5 minutes before close and he went through several bottles of juice and stayed well past close to make sure my friend got exactly what she wanted and needed.

I highly recommend this shop grate selection of juice, coils, devices and excellent customer service. I had gotten a juice and for some reason it was bitter and they happily exchange it and apologized
