Cam and Dan are AMAZEBALLS! Worth the 40 minute trip every weekend for their customer service, knowledge, courtesy annd can tell you what's in every flavor without hesitation!

I came in at 1am because I had just gotten off of work and it's amazing they they are open 24/7. My tank was having trouble reading my NEW coil. I brought it in and this guy fixed it by replacing my coil for free even though I didn't buy the defective one at red star. He was very helpful and helped me pick out some new e juice.
I always come back here and will always for e juice , coils, and repairs.

I am visiting from out of state, went into this shop because it had good reviews. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and got me 2 really good juices. If I am back in the area will stop in again

So I'm from out of town, Cincinnati specifically, and I stumble upon this red star Vapor Shop. My mod is in bad shape and my tanks were broken coils were burnt and my whole setup was pretty much filthy. When I walked in the store Shannon greeted me with excellent customer service followed by Caitlin with a beautiful smile. These Pro Vapors are totally awesome were extremely helpful and definitely went the extra mile. They cleaned my setup, helped me fix my tanks, and I have been vaping for nearly 10 years the knowledge and customer service that was exuded was extremely memorable and I will be coming back to this shop from now on. Or anyone reading these reviews red star vapor is where it's at bro! Five stars all the way
