Thank you Ryan for your awesome customer service today. When I came in, I was frustrated w/my new vape leaking all the place. You patiently showed me the problem, cleaned it & gave a lesson on settings. I left your store in a much better mood. Lol!

Love this place very knowledgeable and helpful. Cody Joe and amber are all awesome excellent customer service. I appreciate always being taken care of questions answered. Only complaint is that took away red cowboy but that's not their fault they helped me find a new flavor. They all deserve raises!

Kinda small but helpful people

I'm a regular shopper here and this place is great! The prices are the best I've found the staff is really friendly. Jake in particular! He is usually there when I go in and greets me by name. But the whole staff is awesome too. I bought a $30 mystery bag recently and inside was a $90 set up! That was a really cool purchase! Thanks Red Star for being my friendly neighborhood vape store!

Customer service and pricing are phenomenal. Love working with TJ, Shannon and Kristen. They really know their stuff and I look forward to my visit for new juice flavor each week.

Carla is always such a delight when i go to the shop. Always so polite and friendly when talking to customers. I always feel very welcome here. Awesome shop, worth the visit.

Good little shop, friendly employees, open when i show up at 11am, decent selection of mods and tanks... just wish they had a better selection of the premium juices.

Edit: I absolutely love this shop. Only vape shop I go to. Their selection of Salt-Nic devices, Mods, Tanks, RTA's and RDA's have grown tremendously in the last month. Their house juices are fantastic and and their premium juices have definitely been widened in variety. Very knowledgeable/friendly staff who take their job seriously and always willing to help you with whatever they can. If you leave this place with the wrong coils chances are you don't know what tank you're using and/or didn't bring it with you. Cheers Red Star.
