The cost of providing Adult Signature Delivery is significantly higher than standard shipping. The shipping rates provided to you are as low as possible, and in fact are lower than charges incurred by Red Star Vapor.
Due to the high shipping costs of Adult Signature Delivery, Red Star Vapor has implemented a minimum order amount to help us recuperate the cost of shipping. Don't forget, orders of $100+ ship for free!
Yes, you must be present and ready to provide identification. This is required by law, and helps us ensure vapor products are only being received by adults of legal age.
No, our website is independent of our stores. Orders placed online ship directly from our warehouse. As such, expect variations in stock levels and products carried in store and online. However, the products offered online are generally available in all of our stores! If you wish to confirm a physical store's inventory, please consider giving them a call. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to answer any questions you have!
Unfortunately, our rewards points are not cross-compatible. Any loyalty points earned in stores are strictly able to be used for in-store purchases. Loyalty points accrued on the website can only be used on the website. We understand that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances, so if you have any questions or concerns regarding your loyalty points, reach out to us at feedback@redstarvapor.com.

Our stores are generally first to receive new products. We are actively working to update our online offerings to better reflect what is available in stores! Certain product categories have strict shipping regulations. As such, there may be some items that remain in-store only indefinitely. We apologize for any inconvenience.
In 2020, the state of Colorado voted to enact Proposition EE, which created a large tax on electronic cigarette and vapor products. In stores, Red Star Vapor has chosen to implement these additional taxes into our pricing. Read more about Proposition EE here.
