Most orders ship within 1-2 BUSINESS days after order is placed, and transit time is between 1-4 BUSINESS days for domestic orders. Shipping time is dependent on the volume of orders received. Orders are not shipped after 2PM MST on weekdays, or on Saturday or Sunday. All orders ship from Phoenix Arizona. Tracking numbers are sent from email@example.com – so please check your email for the tracking number before contacting us for it. Consider adding that address to your address book to ensure it won’t be delivered to your spam folder.
As of March 30th, 2020, we are offering an option to have your order delivered to your home or business within the Phoenix Metro area. There is a minimum order of $15 and a $5 delivery fee to qualify for the delivery. We will attempt to deliver orders placed before 1:30PM local time on the same day. Delivery orders received after 1:30PM local time will be moved to the next open delivery schedule. We cannot drop off to PO Box addresses under any circumstance. If a gate code is needed for an apartment complex or gated community, please include it in your order notes. We may reach out by phone to verify this information. Orders that are unable to be delivered will be shipped via USPS unless communicated otherwise.
