He made sure I got one that is good for me. He was very nice and treated me with respect. He was very knowledgeable and very excited that I was switching from cigarettes to vape. He made sure I got downright juice and didn't pressure me into up sizing or anything. Amazing customer service. Also great prices as well. Can't wait to go back and refill my juices. Finally I called Red Star Vapor after seeing the many positive reviews! I called and an employee named Darrin answered my questions and confirmed the mod was in stock. I came down, talked about the mod and he helped me set it up and recommended some batteries for the mod. The experience as a first time vaper was amazing! A couple days later I had an issue with atomizer not holding the coil in place came back in and he got me a replacement with defective part! Hands down the best vape shop I've been to! Darrin, Joey, Ben, and Jaden have made the transition to vape a great experience! Always a friendly and relaxed place to shop! read less

Red star has the best juices, i've never been disappointed. Cat helped me out today finding a new juice, she was super nice and friendly and gave me a ton of suggestions for my new juice. Great experience all around
