The customer service is fantastic and the prices are totally unbeatable! There are practically an endless amount of flavors to choose from with the freedom to make custom ones. The one slight downside is not being able to sample many of them BUT if you don't like what you get you can take it back and get something else. This is the only shop I'll be going to from now on. I used mine for four days on a trip out of and absolutely loved it went to use it Saturday morning and had issues with it took it back and the Two ladies working were excellent both had Great knowledge of the product but unfortunately it was just a defected unit they replaced with no hassles due to their customer service I will not shop at any other store great job ladies read less

I stopped smoking about a year ago with the help of my husband showing me what a vape was. At first I never did anything like change the filters or fill it with liquid, I relied on my husband to do that. After a couple months and getting used to it, I felt more confident so I started to do those things by myself. I don't know if anyone is like me, but going into a e-cigarette shop can be slightly nerve-wracking just because there's so much and I know so little. Many of the times I've gone into one of the stores, I feel belittled because I don't know everything about these things. The other day I was driving around for work and I looked up the nearest shop so I could go get some eliquid. I found a red star and I decided to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed. From the second I walked in I was greeted by a girl with a huge smile on her face. Not only did I not feel judged in the slightest bit, but she answered all of my questions plus taught me more then I think I've ever learned. The store was very neat and organized which made it less stressful, as well as the warm and inviting girl that helped me out.I was sold one of her favorite juices and to say the least, it's the best juice I've tried this entire year without cigarettes and I'll definitely be coming back.
