Sara has become a member of the family and my wife and enjoy going in to visit and everytime we go in we end buying something because we feel that comfortable in the store and that is because of Sara. At a friend's recommendation, he visited Red Star Vapor on Bandera Rd in San Antonio and was waited on by a young man named Kevin. The store was very clean and well-organized, and the prices were unbelievably competitive. Kevin has spent hours with my husband, teaching him about devices, juices, and anything else he needed to know to successfully stop smoking. Kevin didn't have to do all that, but he loves his work and believes in teaching people to vape, especially if you want to quit smoking. My husband hasn't had a cigarette in more than a year, which is incredible for a man who genuinely loved to smoke and just couldn't quit. Donnie’s customer service was excellent! We came in 5 minutes before close and he went through several bottles of juice and stayed well past close to make sure my friend got exactly what she wanted and needed.
